Support for Your Order
We want your order experience to be smooth from start to finish. Here’s how we’ll support you with all things related to your purchase:
Tracking Your Package: Once your order ships, we’ll send you a confirmation email with a tracking number and link. This way, you can follow your package’s journey right to your door. If you don’t receive tracking info within 24 hours of your order being marked as shipped, just drop us an email, and we’ll sort it out for you.
Modifying or Canceling Your Order: We process orders quickly to get your new pieces to you fast, but if you need to make a change (like size, color, or shipping address) or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We can only accommodate modifications or cancellations if the order hasn’t been processed or shipped yet. If your order is already on its way, we’ll guide you through our return or exchange process instead.
Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love your warmyhoodie pieces as much as we do. If something isn’t quite right, here’s how our return and exchange process works:
Eligibility: You can return or exchange unused, unworn, and unwashed products within 30 days of delivery, as long as the original tags and packaging are intact. Products that are damaged, stained, or altered (other than by manufacturing defects) unfortunately can’t be returned or exchanged.
How to Initiate a Return/Exchange: First, send an email to support@warmyhoodie.com with your order number, product details, and the reason for your return or exchange. Our team will review your request and send you a return authorization (RA) number and shipping instructions within 2 business days. Please ship the product back to us with the RA number clearly marked on the package. Note that return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part (like sending the wrong size or product).
Processing Your Return/Exchange: Once we receive and inspect your returned item (usually within 5-7 business days), we’ll process your refund or exchange right away. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days, and exchange items will be shipped out as soon as possible—so you can get your perfect fit or style without delay.
Product Quality & Defect Support

If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect (like faulty stitching or material flaws) or if it doesn’t match the description on our website, please contact us immediately with photos of the issue and your order details. We’ll make it right by offering a free return, exchange, or refund, and we’ll cover the return shipping costs in these cases.
